He is a Chartered Accountant with nearly two decades of experience in finance leadership.
Alongside his finance career, Gaurav is the founder and president of the Jigyasa Foundation, a non-profit focused on education and leadership, and co-founder of CA Shiksha, an eLearning platform for Chartered Accountancy students. He has delivered four TEDx talks on technological disruption, workplace disagreement, and the role of curiosity in education, and has spoken at IIMs, IITs, and other institutions on AI, automation, and employability.
He is the author of The Parking Lot Huddle.
